Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in the search forms. Our servers do not retain those search terms. When you contact us, we use the information in your message only to answer it.
Automatic Technical Data
Normal hosting logs may record an IP address, browser, viewed pages, and timestamps. Aggregate review helps maintain the service and measure page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Information Is Used
Technical data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Florida's Digital Bill of Rights, Fla. Stat. §§501.701–501.721, grants eligible consumers rights involving covered controllers, subject to statutory thresholds and exemptions. Because we retain little, a request normally involves checking contact messages and available logs. Use the Contact page. Government records remain under the control of the Florida, Duval County, or Jacksonville Beach custodian that created them.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
